It was mid October 2020 when my father was admitted to hospital. Just as I thought the year couldn't get any worse he was diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer.

Just 6 weeks later, he passed away on December 8th 2020 and we were quickly overwhelmed with the amount of Chinese customs and traditions we had to follow in preparation for my fathers funeral.

Saddened by his passing, I became more interested in our families history, Chinese culture and health; and now I want to share with you all my healing journey.
